15/05/23 Mon.  I haven't written anything for a couple of weeks as we have been busy with sewing jobs in Penuwasa.  Today we went to immigration and got a 30 day extension for Ana, and tomorrow we will be back in Penuwasa to finish putting on a new sacrificial strip to a genoa sail.

23/05/23 Tues. Drove down to Kota Kinabalu last Weds to buy material for another boat job, stayed at Cititel Express for one night before driving back.  We finished the genoa sail repair and UV strip replacement......and then ran into trouble with the yacht owners payment.  They were very rude and insulting in their attitude, making racist comments and upsetting Ana very much.  We walked away and cancelled any further work for them - or any others unless they pay up front for work.  It's left a very bitter taste in our mouths.

26/05/23 Fri. I've been playing taxi driver today, first taking Alistair ashore in the dinghy, on his way to KK, then picking Richard up on his way back from KK.  Ana has spent the last couple of days making new covers for our seating.

31/05/23 Weds.  Ana has been making a new sprayhood for Richard next door for a couple of days while I do not a lot of much!  Craig and Josephine have returned onboard and we had an hour with them last night to catch up on events.
