This privately owned apartment is centrally located in the lively old 
		part of town, just 150 metres from the sea front and restaurant lined 
		harbour, with it's beautiful Turkish wooden gulets, day 
		trip and dive school boats. 
		Netsel Marina is just beyond the local 
		harbour, with more restaurants and up-market shops.  There is also 
		a large sports centre close-by.  The Grand Bazaar, with it's 
		bustling colourful shops of clothes, leather goods, spices and 
		jewellery, is just a few minutes away from the apartment.  A five 
		minute walk will take you to the town centre with banks, cafe's,  
		supermarkets and other shopping areas.  A cheap, regular bus 
		service runs from here to other parts of Marmaris and the areas around the 
		sheltered bay.  During the summer months, the renowned Bar Street 
		with it's nightclub scene  is just a short walk away.
        The entrance hallway of the apartment is up several flights of stairs and leads 
		into the lounge, kitchen and bedroom areas.
        
		

         
         
        The kitchen is fully 
		fitted with  electric cooker, gas rings,  fridge/freezer and all 
		utensils.  There is also a  
		small breakfast table and chairs.
        Opens onto a balcony with

        The lounge/dining area is a large airy room with three windows giving lovely 
		views of the mountains. Two double settees, cool tiled flooring with

        Bedroom 1 is a light, airy room comprising 
		two 3 foot single beds with 'castle' style mosquito nets, 
		large triple wardrobe, dressing chest with mirror, bedside cabinet and 
		soft side units with bedside lamps.  Plug-in night light for 
		children and an electric cooling fan.

        Bedroom 2 has one king sized double bed - matching curtains, bedspread etc - spare 
		blankets -floor rugs - double wardrobe, dressing table/chest, bedside 
		cabinets, electric fan, beige flooring.  Window overlooking Cesme 
		Square and the 18th century Ibrahim Aga Mosque, with further view of

        Rental terms:
        £220 (gbp) per week based on four people sharing  
		(i.e. £55 per person, per week) during 'high' season.

        Reduced rates apply during the 'low' season.

		stairway entrance, the apartment is unsuitable for wheelchair access.

        Is only permitted on the balconies.

        A small TV/DVD player is available on

        Use of nearby hotel swimming pool is 
		permitted.
        Electric heaters available if required.
        Boat trips around Marmaris Bay, fishing trips 
		etc can be arranged at favourable rates on owner's own boat.
